Teeny leaf size 5 - 7 cm x 3 cm (each) - Hooks 3 cm
Materials : Acrylics on cut canvas. 3 cm Kidney hooks, nickel free silver plate over brass. Surfaced to handle wearing, but not getting overly wet eg not for the pool or the shower :-)

For me these represent that feeling of coming across an intense coloured leaf lying on the ‘drab’ forest floor … and that desire to pick it up and take it home. Keeping the colours and feelings of Nature close to you.

These leaves are painted as tiny canvas’s, I now paint the backs as though it’s the back of a mottled leaf, with the addition of my name and an inventory number.
