Please read the following Terms & Conditions of use before using/ordering from this Liz McAuliffe website. By placing an order here, you agree that you have read and accepted my terms-and-conditions and the extra Policy information contained here.

Privacy Policy

  • I am committed to protecting your privacy.

  • I do not sell or disclose my mailing list or customer information.  

  • Your confidence and privacy is important to me.

  • Any details you provide when placing an order or enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence and used to process your order.

  • Once you have ordered, I will retain your name and contact details on my mailing list.

  • If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please email me.

Customer Service Policy

  • I will endeavour to make sure that all the artworks listed on the website are currently in stock.

  • In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, I will contact you by email as soon as possible to arrange another possibility, eg offer another artwork option, offer to make a similar piece, or to cancel the order with a full refund.

  • All artworks come ready to hang and in most cases, nails etc will be provided. If the hanging is slightly unusual, a hanging information sheet will be provided.

  • All effort has been made to show and portray artworks in their original colours and sizes,  this may vary slightly over varying computer/device screens.

  • Being one-off original artworks, there may be slight variations between the image on the website and the actual work sent, these will be minimal. 

Requesting a Commission

  • Once the details of a commission piece have been agreed on by both parties, a non refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid before work commences.

  • You will receive several progress pictures.

  • Payment in full is required before the artwork is shipped.

  • I accept Paypal and Online banking.

  • The account details will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your order.

Cancelling a Commission

  • If cancelling a commission, the deposit of 25% is retained to cover costs.

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD)

  • I accept Paypal and Online banking.
